Service Description
Training and guidance designed to help families better understand the Self Determination Program, person centered planning, spending categories, service options, FMS onboarding, and family centered planning. Capacitación y orientación diseñadas para ayudar a las familias a comprender mejor el Programa de Autodeterminación (SDP), la planificación centrada en la persona, las categorías de gasto, las opciones de servicios, el proceso de incorporación con los Servicios de Gestión Financiera (FMS) y la planificación centrada en la familia. Nuestro objetivo es brindar a las familias el conocimiento y las herramientas necesarias para tomar decisiones informadas, desarrollar planes alineados con sus metas y utilizar el SDP con mayor confianza, flexibilidad y control sobre los apoyos y servicios que mejor satisfacen sus necesidades.

To help create a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please review the following booking policies before scheduling your consultation. Consultations are available by appointment only and may be offered virtually or in person depending on availability and location. Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise discussed or approved in advance. Certain free community consultations or sponsored services may be offered periodically based on availability. We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may require rebooking based on availability. Please arrive on time for your scheduled consultation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the time of other scheduled families and appointments.
