Each training provides a powerful introduction to empathy-based, culturally responsive practices that professionals can begin using immediately. Booking Policy for Consultations We offer both online and in-person consultations. Please review our booking policy before scheduling an appointment: Appointment Scheduling: All consultations require advance booking through our website. Payment & Confirmation: After requesting an appointment, you will receive an invoice via email. Your appointment will be confirmed once payment is received. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. In-Person Consultations: Location details will be provided upon booking confirmation. Please arrive on time. Online Consultations: A secure meeting link will be sent after payment confirmation.
