Thank you for choosing Empathy for Autism California Inc. We are honored to support families, caregivers, professionals, and organizations throughout their journey. To help create a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please review the following booking policies before scheduling your consultation. Consultations are available by appointment only and may be offered virtually or in person depending on availability and location. Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise discussed or approved in advance. Certain free community consultations or sponsored services may be offered periodically based on availability. We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may require rebooking based on availability. Please arrive on time for your scheduled consultation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the time of other scheduled families and appointments.
