Confidentiality: What is shared in the group stays in the group. Respect the privacy of all members.
Respect: Treat all members with kindness and respect, valuing each person’s experiences and opinions.
Active Participation: Engage in discussions, share your experiences, and support others. Your voice is important.
No Judgment: Create a non-judgmental space where fathers can express their feelings and thoughts freely.
Focus on Solutions: While sharing challenges is important, we also encourage discussions that focus on solutions and coping strategies.
